INTRODUCTION

Aker Pusnes AS, established in 1875, is a fully owned subsidiary of Aker
Solutions ASA, belonging to the division Mooring and Loading Systems.

Aker Solutions is through Aker Pusnes AS one of the leading suppliers of deck machinery,
offshore mooring systems and offshore loading systems. All design, follow-up and
lifecycle services are handled from our head office in Arendal, Norway, and supported
by our World-Wide Sales & Service Network. The production of our equipment is done
as close to the customer as possible, and Aker Pusnes AS has therefore
manufacturing locations in Norway, Poland, Croatia, Singapore, Korea and China

Aker Pusnes AS holds all relevant Quality Assurance certifications.
